|Recommended: YesEXCELLENT SERVICE — I’ve been living here almost a month and everything is just so smooth.. literally The service, apartment.. noise is minimum, space is clean and the staff is amazing Devanae, the Leasing Manager is top tier she’s there when you need her and makes sure you are comfortable and taken care of Dante, the leasing consultant who has worked with me thru this whole process was just chefs kiss Even the Maintenance is great, Jerome who i met so far as is on top of things and even provided comfortability when it came to me having to leave my apartment and dealing with construction ALL IN ALL everything has been beyond great and I look forward to being here the next years to come Thank you Modera

|Recommended: YesMoving — I was a new resident coming from Houston Texas and had a mishap with both the transporter for my car and my movers who attempted to drop off my belongings the day before move in. Devanae, my leasing agent was such a help and helped me communicate with them and also allowed me access to garage parking prior to my move in date. The team here is super accommodating and definitely care about their residents.

|Recommended: YesMove-in — Overall, the apartment condition is good, and the move-in process was fine, but the interactions with the property staff were not the best on the move-in day. The staff was not kind, and some of the policies communicated were conflicting.
