|Recommended: NoI will never recommend this ghetto ass place with them disrespectful ghetto employees in that rental office especially that BITCH MALLORY ERVIN that likes to fake intimidate talk trash allows her other employees to talk trash about tenants there children they reveal personal business of there tenants to people that are not employees or tenants of the property this place looks good but is not worth anyone dime

1. In addition to the obvious Reserved lettering on the ground on certain parking Storage units post signs up higher on the locker itself because people aren’t always paying attention to the ground sign.
2. Send out tenant emails and texts When elevator C is locked due to moving in and out because it’s very inconvenient when you come in tired and unloading your car of groceries, work supplies, kids etc just to find out the elevator is locked and then have to drag everything back out and around to elevator A B
3. At the very bottom of the garage door leading into the alley on the right side there is a nice sized opening where the ground and the door separate which could eventually allow those huge alley rats inside the garage especially once the weather turns cold.

Freddy and Jerome have responded to all of my requests immediately with a bright attitude. They have made what can be an annoying situation easy to resolve and pleasant because of their attitudes.
