Freddy and Jerome have responded to all of my requests immediately with a bright attitude. They have made what can be an annoying situation easy to resolve and pleasant because of their attitudes. I’m not sure where my original review is but I’ll post it again so no one who makes over 60k ever moves here. This is strictly for low income people who have never had a balcony or nice amenities. I’ve only been here one month and I have already given 60 day notice to break my lease. Albeit Beautiful they are very cheaply built. In the middle of the hood, surrounded by eyesore buildings and huge rats roaming the grounds around in the nasty places that have not been torn down yet. Parking is atrocious. None at all on the street, but they charge you 275 month to use the garage. It’s not worth it but worth it if you don’t want tickets or your car sideswiped. Tenants look scary — like they don’t need to be anywhere near the building. The area is terrible. Sirens all day, every day. Nasty, dirty homeless people hanging out.

I did not want to move out of my previous home just in anticipation of having to do all of the footwork for leasing elsewhere in the city limits.
